Returns & Exchanges

At AAA Distributor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your items.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes and attach the provided return label or RMA number to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
